SUPPORTERS
We will call you supporters, instead of volunteers,
since in essence, that is what you do.
Support us. So thank you.
All supporters are asked to come at least a day early and stay an extra day. Which means your festival will be from 10th July in the morning till 20th July in the evening.
We ask you to stay for the whole festival, since our experience is that it is much simpler in this way.
You are working for 3-4 hours a day and pay 2000 Sek. for the festival incl. food and acc.
The groups will be the following:
Kitchen:
Breakfast 3 supporters 06.00 – 10.00
Lunch 7 supporters 10.00 – 15.00
Dinner 6 supporters 15.30 – 20.00
You will be working in the kitchen cooking and serving the food for 3 hours and doing the dishes after the meal for one hour.
Laundry & beautifying: 3 supporters
You pretty much decide the time you want to work yourself, and therefore have to be self consistent.
Childrens group: 4-6 supporters : 10.15 – 13.30 or 14.45 – 18.15 Some days the group will go out on whole day adventure so the schedule here is flexible.
Information desk: 1 Specialist; 2-3 supporters The information desk will be open most of the day. It is great if those who work here know about the place and have been here before.
Practical outdoors work: 1 Specialist; 2-3 supporters You will be responsible for getting wood to the sweat lodges, cutting the grass, the parking area, garbage, collecting people from the station, fix whatever gets broken. It’s a plus if you are a handyman or woman.
Your working hours will vary. One of you will be on call, available when we need you.
